    – Requirement: Provide a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing to document the condition of the item as received.

    – Evaluation: Our team will review the evidence you provide.
    – Outcome: If the claim is verified, we will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

Return Authorization Process

To initiate the return process, clients must contact us and provide an unedited video of the unboxing process. Once verified, we’ll issue a return authorization via email. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
